I am currently enrolled in San Diego State University, completing my Psych degree. I believe that psychology and astrology can and do work hand-in-hand, assisting individuals achieve their optimal success while minimizing potential and actual problems along the way. Nobody is "doomed" to be the sum of his or her personal weaknesses. Rather, using a psychological perspective with the astrological "template" is a fascinating, and practical, manner of helping you produce real results with your own personal journey to self-awareness.
I've been a student of astrology since childhood, my first teacher being my mother, Rose Dawn Scott, who taught me the basics of Western astrology, before her interests turned to learning more about Jyotish, or Vedic Astrology.
I am a member of the San Diego Astrological Society, as well as an associate member of the American Federation of Astrologers, to whose Code of Ethics I ascribe.

What is the "New Aeon?" It is the Aeon of Horus, the Crowned and Conquering Child of Thelemic and Egyptian mythos. The modern Aeon of Horus, portrayed as a time of self-realization as well as a growing interest in all things spiritual, is considered to be dominated by the principle of the child. The Word of its Law is Thelema (will) which is complimented by Agape (love), and its formula is Abrahadabra. Individuality and finding the True Will are the dominant aspects; its formula is that of growth, in consciousness and love, toward self-realization.
At New Aeon Astrology, our mission is to assist you in your astrological journey toward celebrating your own individuality, discerning the differences between whims and the qualities that are in line with your true will, so that you may grow in consciousness and love, into full self-realization. We believe that you were "born perfect," and your unique Natal Chart represents the fulness of that perfection -- the moment of your birth. From that moment on, you'll be subject to outside influences: family dynamics, experiences both positive and negative, and many other environmental influences which modify the "perfected" vision of you revealed by the birth chart.
Use the information in your own natal chart to discover how to use your areas of strength to diminish potential areas of weakness. Use the strength of the Stars to understand yourself, then use the same sources of strength to become the person you want to be -- the person you were meant to be!
Evangeline Adams (1868-1932), was one of the best known astrologers of her time. She ran a highly successful astrological consulting business as well as writing several books about the subject (including The General Principles of Astrology as "co-author"). What many people do not realize was that the book many considered Adams' masterpiece was actually ghost-written by "The Wickedest Man in the World" himself, that infamous Victorian Gentlebeast, Aleister Crowley.
Adams and Crowley eventually parted company on less-than-friendly terms, and she released The General Principles of Astrology as two separate volumes, each published under her name only: Astrology: Your Place in the Sun (1927) and Astrology: Your Place Among the Stars (1930).
